Respondent is not returning patient calls, and he has not placed any notice on his current office stating how patients may contact him if they need medical records and/or follow-up care, his patient's health and safety are at risk. Despite his representation to the Board that he contacted some patients, continuity of care is compromised for those patients who have contacted Respondent and who have not received return telephone calls. On November 4, 2004, the Board issued Respondent a Letter of Concern for similar conduct, namely, for failure to arrange adequate physician coverage while Respondent's office was closed and while he was unavailable to take patient calls.
