All Board Meeting Notices are posted at 1740 West Adams Street in Phoenix, Arizona on the lobby bulletin board . Meeting notices and agendas may be amended, at any time, up to 24 hours before the start of a meeting. Information concerning such amendments can be obtained by contacting the Board’s Executive Director. Unless otherwise stated on a specific agenda, Board meetings are held at 1740West Adams Street, Conference Room C in Phoenix, Arizona beginning at 8:30 a.m. All Board meetings are open to the public except for executive sessions held in accordance with Arizona State law.
